This was the OTWorld 2024
OTWorld kicked off its journey into a limitless future of assistive technology with the slogan “Mission Possible” on the 14th of May. The world’s leading trade fair for orthopaedic and rehabilitation technology once again provided a platform for innovation and dialogue. We were honored to be part of this journey and share our vision of giving more people access to affordable foot prosthetics.
Meetings and networking
We had the wonderful opportunity to catch up with old acquaintances in person, meet new contacts and talk to many people about our product and our vision. Not only did experts from the industry visit our booth, but also many users of orthopaedic and prosthetic aids. The personal exchange with the industry and the public was particularly valuable for us, as we were able to learn first-hand how walking prostheses can enrich everyday life and sports activities.
Focus on new products
We were not only able to tell more about our vision and our running blade, but also unveil our brand new configurator, together with our first prosthetic sole, modelled after running shoe soles and specially developed for a secure hold and increased durability of our sports prosthesis.
Inspiring conversations and valuable feedback
The conversations at the trade fair were filled with news, interesting anecdotes and also valuable feedback on our products. It was encouraging to meet so many new companies and outstanding people. The openness and interest in innovative prosthetic solutions motivates us.
A look into the future
We are proud to be part of the pioneering developments in the industry and OTWorld has shown us once again how important it is to continuously work on new technologies and solutions to meet the needs of amputees.
We are taking a lot valuable input from OTWorld with us and look forward to returning in two years’ time.
