Depending on the product:

 

Customized prosthesis: 10 working days

Standard prosthesis: 5 working days

 

Returns

The prosthesis can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns are free of charge in the EU. Please contact our customer service (kundenservice@steptics.com) and we will be happy to send you a return label.
